7/27: 154.6 I guess this is what happens when I drink wine. Had a party at my house yesterday and did good with my eating but had two glasses of wine. Hopefully the scale will be kinder tomorrow.
JSK77, Candy in Alabama, looks like the weekend out did us this time? I ate really good so not sure what my excuse is. Seems like the closer to goal I get the harder it is to take off. But oh well it took awhile to break out of the 170's so maybe it will take a little longer on the 160's too! Its' not a race it's lifetime I keep telling myself and a little up and down won't hurt us as long as we stay focused!

You are probably losing inches that's what happened to me I wasn't losing lbs but lost another 4-1/2"
Yup stay focused, that's what I keep telling myself.. I was doing good then I drank a few beers, them liquid carbs get me everytime.. I cooked a roast with green beans had that for 2 days the third day I decided to put a packet of beef stew seasoning mix in what was left, it was really good, it must have had to many carbs and high sodium.. oh well I will get the weight off soon.. Have a great day Everyone...
