Unfortunately my losses this week were not due to hard work and discipline. I have been sick since Sunday with some sort of food poisoning or stomach flu that leaves me constantly nauseous with stomach cramps. But hey, I won't complain about any losses!

Been busy lately. Happy with this week's loss despite TOM taking up a good half the week.
I tried making myself some flax meal crackers last week. They taste a little odd by themselves but are delicious if used as a cracker to put deli meat on or tuna fish. Just have to be careful with them because my guts had a royal scouring from having too much when I used those to eat my tunafish salad on Friday.
I've been MIA and eating off plan but you probably already guessed that!! I'm back on plan and working on the downdowndown - my clothes are snug but c'est la vie! I'm not perfect. Reporting 191 today...Best wishes for an on-plan day!! Had to face the reality of my food choices - carb and calories intake! And the only way to make it work for me is low carb and whole foods...I can't trust myself with too many food choices!! Ugh!!
