Back from training reporting 185 today!! Very difficult to stay on plan but it is what it is!! Back to induction!! Best wishes for an on-plan day!!

Updated my signature and profile to reflect 185!! Keeping it real!! And set my realistic goal weight at 160! Struggled the past two days with carbs - wrote out my plan for today sausage, eggs, wings and salad are all on the plan!! Best wishes for an on-plan day!!

Hi everybody. I am back on the wagon starting today. I had to change my previous ID "futurehealthyme" since it vanished……weird! I could never log in using the previous info.
Anyway, I am back and need to try really hard to make good choices and stick with it.
I remember wannaskipandlaugh and Lulu. Awesome, funny, witty and supportive Ladies! I am looking forward to getting to know you all and offer support as well as receive support or a kick in the bum, when I need it.
I am starting at 244.3 today.
I have had some healthy scares lately and am motivated to work hard and try my best.
I need to control my emotional eating and focus on other healthier options.

Welcome back Futurehealthyme/healthyin2015!! It's a journey!!

Day 7 of 45 minutes on the elliptical!! Have to say it's been a bit of a free fall eating over Christmas!! So really back at it now!! My son is home from college and took the candy box away from me yesterday - he practiced some tough love yesterday....let's just say "message received"!! Plan today is bacon/eggs, salad and more salad because we are going out to eat with another couple tonight and unless there is a fish selection - it's going to be salad!! Best wishes for an on-plan day!!

I am coming back and would love to join you all for this Valentine group..I did mess up alot over the holidays and now I am craving everything...I need to get back on track...

Nice job sticking with the daily exercise! Have fun going out with friends and I know you will choose food options wisely. You always do! Your progress is amazing and what is even more inspiring is that you found the strength to stick with it (with a very small bump in the road which you successfully passed).
I let the "bumps in the road" take over in the past…..you didn't!

Considering that it was Christmas time with LOTS of temptations, you are doing just fine. Now, like you said, time to go back down again! You have come SO FAR and truly inspire me.
