You guys are all doing great! jess I am having the same problem! for me it is caused reworking exercise in. I will see a new low, exercise, gain water weight from the sore muscles, it will start falling off and it is time to exercise again! Yesterday, for example I was 251.2 but I exercised the night before, the soreness set in and I retained water I drank yesterday and today I am .8 up! Boo, oh well, that is why I weigh in daily cause if I only weighed in once a week I would be so discouraged at the small loss tracked.
