Basbosa.. I needed to walk as the muscle strength in my legs was horrible when I was 300+ lbs... I could barely get up off the couch. I walk 4+ miles a time usually 4-5 times a week. I just feel better when I walk. My mind works better and I got lucky this year to find a walking partner to walk with who walks faster (about a 4 mile an hour speed) so I get a sweaty workout. Losing weight (as I have seen posted in other threads over the years ) is really 80% food intake and 20% exercise.. but exercise builds muscle (which weighs more)... but defines your body better (and helps with the saggy skin alittle! LOL)
Jessie.. I make a Chocolate cream cheese thingy that helps with Chocolate cravings (it is really potasium that you are craving.. but chocolate tastes soooooo good) Mix some cream cheese (alittle sweetner of your choice) with baking cocao to taste... I just eat a table spoon full and it helps (lots of fat!)
OK I am up again.. GOSH DARN IT.. But I am motivated and threw out bad stuff outta the fridge! I have my blinders on and am aiming for a loss! WHOOSH FAIRY.. I LOVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE YOU! Come Visit!
