Let's drop those pounds everyone!! It's been some pretty tight finishes these last couple of challenges - who is our next winner?

Whoever drops 5lbs first is the winner of the challenge, but in this challenge, we are all winners!! It's all about enourgaging each other and supporting one another!

Hello,
I too am trying to lose 5 lbs per week. Or @ a time. It's weird how sometimes , I recall when I was weighed at the diet Dr's office, between 1 week and the next it wasn.t just 5lbs but 6 or 7 sometimes. But between the week I never weighed myself, so that was always a yummy treat for me, just the reward of going a week w/o the scale and then, "The Big Prize." It's all worth it in the end, and the younger we are the more time we have to make up for lost time, or wasted empty calories. A binge is just a binge in time. It's ok to take a break
and then begin to sweat all over again.
