I've eaten basically the exact same thing everyday this week, and it seems to be working. Who knew you could lose weight and eat italian sausage every day!

Man O man I made taco salad shells out of cheese in a skillet and then draped them over a jar for shaping..... YUM YUM!!!! I added MCT oil along with my coconut oil in my coffee and need to eat more fat less protein also.

Not sure what happened here. I did injure my back really bad Thursday night so maybe I'm holding water in the injured muscles. I also didn't take my vitamins, which could have affected it I guess. Because I ate the exact same I've eaten all week.
