Another nice weigh in!
I have lost 5.6 pounds since last Monday!
ALL BLOAT! -- Now let the actual weight loss commence! I wish all weight loss was this easy, I would be at goal in 3 weeks
But the hard work is about to begin.
I was so bummed out yesterday; my step class I was going to try to do, was cancelled for the summer. I guess people do not want to be working out at 9:15 am on Sunday mornings. -- So I walked on treadmill for 45 minutes; 3.5 miles. I did get my heart rate up and a good sweat going. I walked over 8 miles yesterday, because I took my pup for a nearly 5 mile walk at night too. Total steps were 24000
Today is my fast day, 500 calories will be taken in at dinner time. Plus I will have coffee with cream for lunch. So total cals will be around 600. -- I volunteer for a local hospital every Monday, so fasting is easy; I have no opportunity to eat anyways whist I am there. I sit at the Information desk, so I can not be eating and directing
And I am usually really busy guiding people where they need to go. I love my volunteer job!
