KC... Just give it time...There were many weeks that I did not lose lbs either.. or a lb and then the 4th week I would whoosh.. Something about our bodies and release of hormones and water retention.. We are a weird animal... But don't give up! It will whoosh and then you will have that HOORAY of happiness. Just a thought too.. sometimes food creeps back into our daily lives.. I had found I was eating too many nuts and that stalled me alittle... Just stick with it tho and it will work... Its been 19 months for me and over 100 lbs gone!
