I will have to confess to a bad night last night.. I ate 12 Mini Twix's I was bad bad bad. For some reason my head and body wanted chocolate (must be the hormones as it has been a long while) sigh.. will show up tomorrow I am sure.. So killed ketosis Booo... Might have to do this 1 more week!
I also have to confess ( and you may have read this on my post in the Independence Day challenge ) ...but I had a half bag of Cheetos and a whole big package of Chip a Hoy Cookies ( whole bag but about 6 cookies, that's awful ) ...I also had pizza and breadsticks ...ughhhh, I feel so bad today and don't understand why I keep sabotaging myself ...but it is what it is and today I start over ...

Dinner - 2 beers (I was bad)

Tea - 64 oz

Ate terribly today. Not really bad food, but just weird food and did not drink water! Will try to do better tomorrow!
Breakfast: pork skins
snack: coffee-2carbs
supper: 1- 2T buffalo chicken dip. 3 meatballs. 2 sausage links-5 carbs?
Snack: cheese stick, bar, peanuts-6 carbs
wine- 10 carbs
Water- 40 oz
Tea - 70oz
Total Carbs -20 total!! I think I will do the fat fast next weekend as I need to get back into gear!!
End Weight - 219.8 (++++) .. but its water.. I think the pulled pork musta been really SALTY! sigh.. drinking lots of water today and will see what the scale read tomorrow.

I didn't do well on this challenge, so we need to have another one...I had a bad weekend, ended up 2 lbs, sure it's probably not a true gain, but still bad to see...
I did not do well on this challenge. I'm back to basic low carb or maybe it's more of a paleo/primal diet, as I'm eating considerably more veggies than strict induction, and some fruit. And despite myself, dairy is back, in force.
I am working on finishing a book and just don't have the mental resources to also be doing a restrictive diet right now.
Just bound and determined to hold the line and not regain what I lost these past 9 months - will hold the line under 190 for summer, and re-attack losing another chunk come September.
Satine/Carri.. Start when ever you wish! I will go.. tho I think I will do a fat fast again this weekend... I need to make this scale BUDGE! MY WAY! LOL
