Default Weekend Fat Fast (or your days of doing it!) :)

I am starting a 2 day fat fast... and will post what I eat here (and drinking lots and lots of water too!) Anytime you wish to do a fast... please use this thread to post if you wish! Note... the fast consists of around 1000 calories a day and 80-90% of those calories are Fat.

I know that there are alot of meals that you can eat (saw it online and read Sarahinparis's postings of food eaten). I am going to keep these 2 days simple to see if my body will react. I am only doing this for 2 days as I know it can't be long term for me as I do lose weight on Induction.. I just want a jump into the 2 teens! lol

Breakfast - 2 slices bacon and 1 oz cream cheese (not bad!) 210 cals
Lunch - 1 oz Macadamia nuts 200 cals
Snack - 1 3/4 oz cream cheese (Laughing cow) 150 cals
Dinner - 1 oz Macadamia nuts 200 cals
Snack - 2 deviled eggs with Mayo - little cheese 195 Cals

Total Cals: 955

Water - 90 oz
Done for the day!

Day 2... Alittle jittery (haven't felt this way in awhile).. I am dehydrated tho.
Weight 221.8 Hooray.. back down to my lowest ever... now for more!

Breakfast - 2 deviled eggs (tbs mayo) with alittle cheese 195 cals
Lunch - 1 oz crean cheese and 2 slices bacon - 210 cals
Snack - 2 tbls of Buffalo Chic mush (1 oz Chix, 1 oz Cream Cheese, 1 tsp may and Hot sauce) 175 cals
Dinner - 1 oz Macadamie nuts 200 cals
Snack - 1 3/4 oz cream cheese 110 cals (Laughing Cow)



Plain water - 80+ oz
Done for the day... except more water most likely!

Can't wait to see what the scale says in the morning. Fun experiment!

Thank you for the wonderful Hug of support Calee (Miss you!!!!) and Sarah.. and shoot.. I am sorry about the bloat. I just waived the wand and asked for the woosh Fairy to visit you ASAP!

ME.......... DOWN 2 LBS!!!!! in 2 Days! Never never happens during my off woosh weeks! Squeal!.. I am thrilled... Made it to 220.4 and WOW. I had hoped for the 2 teens.. but that will happen this week. One thing I noticed right off the bat is my stomach shrunk... Alot! I usually eat 2 eggs and 3 sausage links.. well I was getting full after 1 egg and 1 sausage.. so I threw some away.. hhhmmmmmm good way to save money! LOL (I need to eat alittle bigger at breakfast to take my vitamins as I need food to swallow). I also am not fond of Macadamia nuts... Sarah.. if you lived close by I would send you my Planters container of them.. To me they taste like over buttery Ritz Crackers... So, when I do this again, I would only use them as 1 meal. BUT THIS WORKS!!! WOOOOO HAH!

Mac are my favorite nuts. My problem is wanting to over eat them if they are in the house.

I'm thrilled for your 2 pounds Sue! Please keep posting so we see what happens on your normal day today. Shrinking stomach is always good!

"blush" you all are so nice and I love the hugs! 1st day after and I am up .4 oz... Not bad as I know I was alittle dehydrated!.. So this puppy works for me weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Note... I am also eating less at my meals.. Instead of 2 eggs and 3 sausage links for breakfast.. I am eating 1 egg and 2 sausages.. So cut 100+ calories.. Love the smaller tummy!!

Just a follow up 4 days later... I kept the weight off and have also lost another lbs to get to 219.6 as I am eating less... This thing really worked for me in more ways then 1
