5/14 336.8 (stubborn stubborn pound!)
5/15 336.6 (ARGHHHHHHH!)
Ok so i'm frustrated, I went from loosing 1 - 3lbs a day ( I know I know, not realistic always) to nothing or .2.
I reviewed my daily weigh in's and aligned that with my carbs/calories. Nothing had changed. I'm hovering between 1200-1500 calories and right in there at the 18 carbs.
I reviewed by carb/fat/protien %
The days I lost over 3lbs from previous day I was very very close that 5/50/45 ratio. 5/4 is the last day I lost any signifcant weight at all. 5/3 is the last day that my ratios were right! Since then fat has been between 60-70%.
I think I found the culprit! I'll be watching that big time today and tomorrow and see if I can make that scale drop more than .2! lol
