5/12 - day 1 Well I walked 3.3 miles 1 hour and I also did 25 squats
5/13 - D2 2.5 miles 50 minutes and did 25 squats and did arm resistance for 10 minutes
5/14 D3 1 mile (around the office conference table - it rained), 25 squats and 10 minutes of arm strengthening!)
5/15 D4 3 miles non stop walking and stair climbing around Disney World ( I was at a seminar) 25 squats too! then the 2 1/2 hour drive there and back.. geesh.. at least my Arse wasn't sore.. LOL
