  • Had a bad weekend, am up two pounds ...at this rate I won't be under 200 by July 4th ....gotta get your butt in gear CARRI !!!! lol

  • My weight is slightly above 190 again (191.2) - weekend went better than the prior two, had no grains, no carby indulgences but did have more fruit than ideal, and plenty of veg. And dairy, back in full force with the dairy.

    On the other hand I was quite proud of my restraint in general and it seems I've clicked into a maintenance mode that will be sustainable for summer. I need to kick out cream again, that's a really dangerous substance for me, I don't control it well when I have it open in my fridge... So will go dairy free again probably as soon as the cream I have gets used up (end of the week I'd guess). And the fruit was a little out of control, I think I might make a fruit limit and make it contingent upon weight being below 190... sounds reasonable and do-able.
  • I'm up 4oz today to 263.6 I am blaming it on PMS as I should start any today or tomorrow and I can feel the extra weight in my poor boobs lol... I won't let it get me down and funny I had no cravings this PMS, that is unusual, I normally eat everything in sight the day before but I think I actually ate less than I'm suppose to😣

  • I'm just really struggling right now to get back on and stay on ...so not weighing myself, too scared ...I think what I'm most scared about is the Atkins Flu, I get it every time I start back ...I shouldn't have been off this long since it will probably make it worse...guess I'm just gonna have to go cold turkey and do it already...maybe drinking the chicken broth some have suggested will help ...mainly I just get light headed and headaches.
