Great Job staying on plan MsChris! It's hard. Esp. Around people who don't support you losing weight, or your WOE.. I had jelly beans shoved in my face at work last night and was told..."a handful won't hurt you". I was like YES it will...for 3 days lol! Fortunately jelly beans aren't a weakness for me Stay strong and your skirt will be even loser! Also, I had a plateau after 10- 12 lbs. Your body has to catch up to all the water loss. You should start seeing lower numbers soon.

Sue ...Are you eating to many peanuts come back home to the 220's where you belong! Seriously...I'm sorry. I know this has to be driving you crazy! I think it's because your so close to your 100 lb goal. You are almost there Sue...Take control! You can do it!

Mara.. I am so sorry you are still hurting... Take care of the painful areas and just know.. that soon you will be feeling just "Mahvelous" and walking and moving like crazy!. in the meantime.. 239 is waving at you!

It is frustrating... and I have to keep reminding myself that I only lose about 1 lb for 3 weeks and then I woosh.. but sometimes it does terrible things to my brain! ARGH!!!! Congrats to all the losers!

I also dropped 5 lbs last week. I weighed in on Friday but didn't get back to post till today. We do a farmer's market on Saturday mornings so I bake my bread on Friday's and don't often have the time to post then. I was enjoying an Atkin's snack of the Endulge chocolate peanut butter cups or M & M's each night before bed as I used to eat something chocolate before going to bed before resuming my Atkin's eating plan. My weight was very slow coming off even in the beginning. It is coming off much easier since I have stopped eating them daily. I do allow myself one sugar-free Duo strawberry mint at bedtime each night and the weight loss has not slowed with that. It's funny how I have to tweek my plan to find what works best for me, but doesn't make me feel deprived.
