Lulu.. those jeans will fit and boy planks just look like they are soooo easy and (beep) they are NOT!. I could only hold one for 3 seconds and then my back screamed. But they are good.. just like squats.. (which I am starting up again)

Pixikat.. you are just being steady steady and that is great. I bet a few more lbs go away before next Sunday. and then the 220's!

Me.. I had a woosh day (finally.. its been 30 days geeezzzz ) well full moon tomorrow.. so yep.. that is during my Happy week..

See that's what I expect after eating out! lol So tomorrow I should be heading back down again. Today I have an initial consultation with a trainer. I really don't make myself do strength training like I need to do so I am sucking it up and doing the trainer thing. I am NOT looking forward to arguing about whether lchf is healthy or not. I am hoping that he is open minded or at least not completely brainwashed towards low fat high carbs.

Pixikat... Gosh darn water. grrrrrr.... I have to tell myself too.. that it does flush away and I hope when I am walking tonight in the upper 80's that I sweat sweat sweat (Gonna make you sweat - CC & the Music Factory) WOOOO LOL that song just popped into my head lol) But I hope you have a wonderful and happy day!

The water weight wasn't gone yet sue, and now it has come back with soreness :s It was my first session with my trainer yesterday, it went well. I know from the past that when I am strength training my weight tends to stall or go very slow. BUT I do lose inches. So I am trying to prepare for that.

Holding at 169.....if I'm really lucky I'll meet my midterm goal of 167. I wanted to end this challenge at 160 my realistic goal but I got in my own way and I can live with that.....all I can say is "what a difference one year makes" and for some of us less than one year has made a great difference!! I congratulate everyone for their travel from "fat to fit" or in some cases from "fit to fitter"!! Losing and maintaining is like marriage - it takes work and commitment!! And we are all WORTH it!!

Bathing suit update!! No kidding I went to Kohl's, TJ Maxx, KMart, LLBean, Marshall's, Target and JCPenney!! JC Penney had the best selection by far!! Winner at JC Penney!! (I love Ross Dress but I don't have one near where I live..)The Line is called Longitude by Robby Len!! They make Woman's and misses sizes of the same exact suit so you can go from a 24w down to a 10! Bathing suits with lots of support and coverage - I have too many wrinkles to cover so I like a "swim dress" and there's lots of top support!!! I bought one. In the store and the other online.

Best wishes for an on-plan day.....think about your strategy for this weekend if you are attending Easter celebrations!!

Wish I had posted my weight YESTERDAY, lol -- I managed to lose and then re-gain 4 pounds over that period.
I don't recall (and don't want to be reminded!) what my original Easter goal was, but guess I'll have to settle for actually changing my ticker weight for the first time in forever!
So -- next Monday -- what sort of challenge are we starting?
And by the way, I count it a real accomplishment to have NOT purchased any Easter candy for me to stash and eat when I'm alone -- so thank you for this challenge!
