YOU CAN DO THIS! I just wanted to give you a smile on your face and remember no matter what, cheating, feeling tired, slow weight loss, sick of eating low carbs...... YOU CAN DO THIS! I have 4 other people in my house 3 kids and one hubby :P who don't eat low carbs (hubby is trying) and sometimes its really hard for me but if I can do it you can! I am a very busy woman and sometimes I think ugh forget it but then I remember I want to LIVE not just live but LIVE. Live like no one else so you can live like no one else

Yes, we can!! Having a turkey burger and loaded cauliflower for lunch at this moment while hubby is having chicken quesadillas and chocolate chip cookies. It's not even a temptation.

Your giving me hope. I live in a home with 5 kids and a husband, none follow lc. I love your comment I want to LIVE not just live, but LIVE like no one else...It is what I want and I forget at times why I want to try, to do this. I don't want to go back to being the mom that can't sit on the floor with the kids, can't go on rides at the fair with them, or am so ashamed of my body I can not be close to my husband and feel comfortable emotionally. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you. It just is a reminder to all of us that even if you don't realize it you touch others every day. There may be that person that has doubts, needs support, feels alone, a kind and thoughtful or motivating post can do wonders.
I am in a house with so many others, planning the meals, shopping for the meals, and preparing meals, as well as making school lunches and "treats" for husband to take to work. I suffer from binge eating as well. I feel alone at home, like there is no one that truly understands any of what I am going thru. It means alot that that there are others out there that reach out and offer support and hope. Losing weight isn't easy but you can also go thru periods of self pity about how your the only one at home dealing with this weight issue, or self sabotage. I often (the past few months) have found myself saying well I don't want to throw this out or Im not going to lose anyway so why not eat it..along with the "it will make me feel better, just one taste".

You are welcome to message me anytime you need/want support. I know how you feel and have really been there my self. I am not sure what it is about this time that has me feeling so strong, but I figure what ever the reason is I should share it with other people to help them through the positions I have been in so many times!
