Default Challenge to lose 5 lbs the fastest #29 (wannasue won)

So this is a challenge for anyone! Anyone and everyone is welcome! You do not need to follow this plan. You can start anytime! and weigh in as often or whenever you can.

This challenge is to see who can lose 5 lbs the fastest! If you do YOU WIN! (more ways than 1 )

New Challenge for the New Year! Lets all win and start off this month with good losses. WE ARE WINNERS!

This is my goal for the month too.. so if I get it faster I am ahead of schedule for the year and WOOHOO!

No plans for a big celebration of Onederland for me. Certainly no cheesecake, it's taken me 3 weeks to get back to my pre-holiday low! Onederland is not what I want to celebrate too much, I've gotten stuck in he 190s several times in the past so my sights of a weight that will feel like a real accomplishment are set on 179 (out of obese). And of course every 5 pounds and frankly each pound is a victory too.
