pixikat....nice drop!!!

176.6 today, up a half pound....started upper arm weights, my arms/shoulders are soooo wimpy! Not only do I have 30 pounds of bra fat but I'd like to show a little muscle when I ride my Harley this summer

Oh Hormones have are a BIG reason for our weight! Big Time.. part of our Thyroid! Sarah... give it a few days and whoosh!

1/6 243.6 Boo salty food at Longhorn last night (sometimes you just don't know what they season the meat with) I am the SPONGE! LOL
1/7 244 sigh.. you should see my feet and hands.. Holding water oh they are! I bet against the colder temps!
1/8 244 not the cold outside its the cold trying to gain hold inside of me.. trying my darndest to STOP IT! lol
1/9 - 1/12 Got up to 248 and marched down
1/13 245.2 But I know I still have alot of water to rid myself of. GOING Forward and NOT in reverse from NOW ON!
1/14 245.6 boo... reversed.. but I was probably less as I weighed before morning rituals... trying to be cute here...
1/15 243.8 (-1.0) finally in the right column! LOL

I am going the wrong way!!

A few possible culprits... I lifted weights yesterday, I am not particularly sore, maybe a little twingy but I could still have water retention from that. Or from the In-n-Out burgers we had for dinner last night. Yum for protein style!
