PIXIKAT.. I am so sorry that you got a virus just when you are starting back to school.. Oh shoot.. those darn things flying in the air. Have you tried zinc? Echinacea? I take ESBERITOX... its good stuff (kinda expensive but worth it) and it stops the illness from even finding a foot hold in my body when I first get the sniffles/sore throat/cough (those that are not due to the cold weather)..

RACHAEL.. Our bodies do like to play with us. If only we can see inside and what is happening. Even with calorie deficit it still hangs onto stuff.. sigh.. Patience.. I think that and Commitment are the 2 biggest words to live by after the initial woosh of water loss. You WILL get to where you want. You Will!
MAINECYN... I remember you from another thread in a different place. You were doing great if I remember. You will do great again! Everyday is a different experience! But you can do it!

1/3 (244.8 (+1.0 total) YUCK going the wrong way.. Ate salty salty salty ham for lunch yesterday... Salad today!!! lol
1/4 243.4 (-.4 total) salad did the trick.. and the 2.25 mile walk (3rd day in the row 2.25 or 2.5+ mile walks) Back in the right direction too!
