Brooklyn.. you are doing great! Love the initial weight loss.. it is so motivating! I am just a slave to the scale, so I weigh daily too (actually morning and right after work as I usually will weigh 2 lbs less the next morning) Keep kicking butt! woohoo!!

Just remember...If you just take care of yourself today.. well that is 1 less day to have to travel to lose your weight! I tell myself.. do I really want it... well if I do.. I can have it tomorrow as it WILL be available tomorrow. I know you will get going again. That is how my woosh finally happened. I stuck to plan finally (and did not eat a big dinner like I used to do). So my woosh week that I have missed since October finally happened. Now I know what to do for myself. You will figure your body out too!

1/3 (244.8 (+1.0 total) YUCK going the wrong way.. Ate salty salty salty ham for lunch yesterday... Salad today!!! lol
1/4 243.4 (-.4 total) salad did the trick.. and the 2.25 mile walk (3rd day in the row 2.25 or 2.5+ mile walks) Back in the right direction too!
