It's finally really raining here in Northern California. Yay!

This week has really been filled with eating hallenges this week and my cle is reflecting my sodium intake. I am looking forward to a more even keel starting tomorrow.

Last night ate out at an upscale Mexican place. Ordered carnitas and eye balled 3 ounces and ate it. I have been weighing food long enough it know a portion. Ditched the tortillas, rice and beans and had them put a little Cesar salad no croutons on my plate. Drank water. Hated paying $25 for that.

Business lunch today with my boss and someone else. Will hope bor a burger or Cobb salad and et the top off of it. Dinner with other girlfriends at a place that specializes in small portions of high priced red meat. After this I am NOT eating out until I've hit my challenge goal.

*hugs* to sue!!! Hope you feel better soon

I am bad at not weighing in, I gave into curiosity and regretted it. I am not tracking though, I am not thinking about it because it is just a number and I am on track with working out and food and my ketostix say I have been in ketosis every day so I am waiting it out. I recently started making sure to get in 2 litres + of water so I wonder if I was just constantly dehydrated even though I was never thirsty? idk

Everyone else is looking great! keep it up!

Hi ladies I hope you are doing well! I had a little hiccup yesterday as I was stressing over my exam but it wasn't to major and I have come back from it today. I have been saving my carbs for dinner tonight and I am so excited LOL its just chicken fajitas with green red yellow pepper onion and broccoli but those veggies a pretty carby plus the seasoning, but man I have been looking forward to these! of course no shell but what ever I don't mind lol!
SUE: still praying for you and all that is going on.
Pixicat: I feel dehydrated no matter how much water I drink my mouth is always SO dry. I drink at least 3 23.7 oz bottles but most days I drink 6 of them. Then I broke down and had a diet pepsi the other day and didn't feel that way oh my body lol

I am going in the wrong direction. Two eat outs yesterday. None for the next period of time until I reach my goals. I am sad but posting to stay accountable and on track rather than giving up.

Congrats on holding at 171 Lulu! You will definitely see 170 on Friday.

Had a great food day yesterday. Did not have to eat out for any reason. Going back in the right direction. I will definitely reach my goal by Friday. My workouts have been so hard. I hurt from my waist t o my armpits and my tush is pretty sore as well.

I notice that I barely register small on the stix unil a few hours after dinner. Then it's close to moderate. My fat hasn't been overly high, generally less than my protein, so I must be working on converting to burning my own fat. I will keep carbs very low again today.

Happy Saturday. Pouring here. I hope everyone is warm.

met my goal today and I really couldn't be happier. If you would of asked me when I was 130 lbs if 199 was a good number I would have said no but from 217 it is a glorious number indeed LOL

Yahoo Calee for holding on.....it's hard when real life interferes with a plan!!!

Holding on the wrong side of 170.... Hoping to see progress by Friday!! Traveling all week so after tomorrow I won't be able to weigh until Friday!! Hate this type of meeting because there is food morning, noon and night with "snacks" in between!! Everybody always seems to have a red velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting in their hand!!! Ugh!!

I was happy with my fat fast results but then this week I just ate low carb without counting anything and no surprise, that wasn't enough attention to lose. The good news is that just one focused day seemed to get off the bloat (restaurant on Saturday night). Working hard to get a little lower for the end of this challenge on Friday!

We are getting to the finish line!

Sarah, I'm happy to see that one careful day got you dropping weight again.

I am really seeing that my weight loss happens on a day of less than 1000 calories or 1100 with 90 minutes exercise. It's a tough reality of getting older for me. I will persist!

150 this morning. Two pounds to goal by Friday. I CAN do it!

Workout room packed at the convention center I am staying at so I walked the exhibit halls for 30 minutes because the only time is now!!! Wishing everyone an on-plan day!!!
