1/3 (244.8 (+1.0 total) YUCK going the wrong way.. Ate salty salty salty ham for lunch yesterday... Salad today!!! lol
1/4 243.4 (-.4 total) salad did the trick.. and the 2.25 mile walk (3rd day in the row 2.25 or 2.5+ mile walks) Back in the right direction too!

2/2 234.8 (-8.6 total) a scooch.. and I'll take it... After my 2.5 mile walk tho.. I was at 233.8 oh yes I was.. lots of sweat (it was in the mid=high 70's this morning).. so looking forward to THAT number sometime this week as a normal weigh in!
