Me too... and maybe some extra fat from the massive amount of carbs (My insides got very upset!) too... So time to put the determined face back on and get going.

Actually, I think I'm doing quite well, and think the same for Sue and pixicat. I honk anyone who stays engaged and working on it over the holidays is doing FABULOUS, far better than most people, and frankly better than ourselves in prior years.

Is my scale up a couple of pounds over my pre-Christmas whoosh? Yeah, but that's not the big deal. The big deal is that I stopped my holiday overages on the 25th.

quite right sarahinparis! This is the month I have always fallen off track and stayed off track til march or april, but I stayed strong, had 24 hours of off plan eating and went right back on plan on the 26th. With that comes water weight, it'll flush off and it may even take a new lb or two with it.

bad night....had pancakes, the nice fluffy kind with lots of peanut butter and lots of syrup, including a large glass of OJ. I am great during the day, the evening kills me! I have to find something that takes up my time....maybe I should clean or exercise or take the dogs out. LOL!
