    12/5 247.2 (-2.0 total).. ok I have a feeling that going back on induction coincided with my monthly whoosh week... but I'll take it! Now to get down some more!!!

    12/8 245.2 (-4.0) OH YES I DID!... weeeee 2 days to lose 1 more lb and BEAT Saraphin!... Climbing that ladder today (and sweating!!!)
    12/9 245.6 (-3.6 total) GGRRRRR salty bacon... has to be the reason as I only ate 1197 calories.. and climbed a ladder 20+ times (doing icicle lights) gggrrrr (the sore sore sore today!)
    12/10 246 (-3.2 total) argh.. No reason for this number.. maybe the humidity as I turned my air conditioning off and opened windows...
    12/11 245.4 (-3.8 total) OK... back getting close to 245 even so I can officially claim 75 lbs off.. just sooooo close!
    12/12 246 (-3.2 total) GRRRRRRR and I WAS good ggrrrrr That scale is in for a FIGHT! lol

  • GGGRRRR is right!.. and ouch for me! I have a really bad - sharp pain in my upper mid back thru to my lower chest diaphram area.. It hurts when it spasms... I am thinking kidney stone (I had this pain about 6 years ago and it lasted a week).. so I wonder... sigh.. and OUCH when I cough oh MAN that really hurts! ate a bad dinner as I wanted comfort food.

  • whoo-hoo well done sarahinparis for your 3 months. i've been doing it since september 12 so that makes it 3 months for me too.

    how much have you lost in 3 months?

    let's see… um…2.2 kilo's! 4.84 pounds. - i think - i'm not sure how you calculate your points as in .0 or .2?

    with metric it's, say, 2/10ths because everything is in tens. tell me, how many ounces in a pound are there 16? well what is .2 then? i'm confused as usual (LOL)

    in any case, is that how much you have EXPECTED to lose?

    because i've lost 15 kilo's which is 33 ponds in 3 months. what i mean is, any loss is good, going in the right direction - downwards, and kudos to you of course, but this is weird, to lose such different amounts of weight - - but have i done something unusual here??

  • i know, this is not your STARTING starting weight, this is your starting weight for our little 5 pound race! duh!

    tell me how much you have lost in your 3 months. i would love to compare notes and see if we can help each other with any tips.
  • i am a twit sometimes. you said it, 29.6 pounds. about the same as me!!!!!!!!

    whoo-hoo i bet you get a lot more exercise than me. i wish i could do more. (pain)
  • Saraphin, I don't exercise much at all - just walking as my main means of transport, but even that is not so much, maybe 4 hours a week max. On my long list of ways to improve myself is exercise... But I'm not ready mentally for it. I suspect it would make my weight loss faster, but with careful attention to diet (both carbs and calories) I'm losing at a pace that keeps me motivated.

    Congrats on your loss too, and especially on keeping with it.
