Oh oh an opeing for Saraphin and Sarah and all to zoom past and get that 5 lbs off posted! Oh boy... gotta work harder today.. Tomorrow is the tale of the scale!

12/3 249.6 (+.4) I am close to the start and WILL go forward!
12/4 247.6 (-1.6) oh its nice to be in the black! now 1.2 to my lowest...march on!!!
12/5 247.2 (-2.0 total).. ok I have a feeling that going back on induction coincided with my monthly whoosh week... but I'll take it! Now to get down some more!!!
12/6 246.8 (-2.4 total) Yeah.. CLOSE to all time low this journey! wweeeee
12/7 245.6 (-3.6 total) WOW and YIPPY SKIPEEE I am a very happy camper... Alll time low on this journey.!!
12/8 245.2 (-4.0) OH YES I DID!... weeeee 2 days to lose 1 more lb and BEAT Saraphin!... Climbing that ladder today (and sweating!!!)
12/9 245.6 (-3.6 total) GGRRRRR salty bacon... has to be the reason as I only ate 1197 calories.. and climbed a ladder 20+ times (doing icicle lights) gggrrrr (the sore sore sore today!)

And Lulu, Completely agree. I confided in a co-worker yesterday and she said to have more fruit. I'm still on phase 1 and hesitant to go to phase 2 so that won't be happening anytime soon.

Still have cravings. This time of year is so hard! Someone brought in a TON of cookies yesterday and left them in the kitchen at work. I was really good until the end of the day and had to grab a small one. Oh well. I worked out yesterday so hopefully that helped.

Well shoot, I am up just a little. Think it is sodium from dinner. Went to a friends house and they decided to change the menu to chili. It was delicious.

Ah, Sue, you were right, I got two nice whooshes back to back - and if I get one tomorrow (extremely unlikely!) I could win this thing... Actually, far more motivating (and realistic) is making a push to lose one more pound before the end of next week so that I'm down a full 30 pounds before leaving for Christmas vacation!
