Default Atkins and MFP, what to set as goals

Hi I was hoping some of you who are doing Atkins may use MFP. If you do, what did you set your goals at? I would like to reset them as I am always over according to them. Lol, it's silly but I think it could help me. Thanks

I don't mind going over some areas as long as my carbs and calories are in check. It depends where you are with Atkins - If my carbs are under 50 I'm happy but if I was doing induction I would expect less. MFP tells me 1200 calories as a goal - but I reset to 1150 which is where I probably need to eat for the rest of my life based on BMR and TDEE and accounting for a 20% reduction for an "efficient" metabolism. (I like "efficient" better than "slow" personally - more efficient=less fuel) I have 20 pounds to go and it is super slow!!!

I have mine set for 100 grams of protein and 50 grams of carbs (OWL) and 1000 calories. I'm 72 so metabolism has slowed. I've lost 32 pounds in 6 months.

The only way to reset them is from a computer not from the app. Once you log onto the site it was pretty easy to find. If you difficulty PM me, good luck
