Up 1.0lb today. Not bad for a Tuesday gain. And I am still in the 160s. Nice.

But other than that a dreadful day. My father in law got worse in hospital last night (heart problem) and I am having to work at home looking after the kids while my wife visits. Nightmare. And no exercise.

Ian: sending healing thoughts to your FIL.

Sarah: So close! Soooooo close! I'm rooting for you!

Tuscany: Thank you for sending the baby whoosh fairy my way, too!

Sue: I keep telling myself, "A loss is a loss is a loss". Anyway, our 0.2s and 0.4s add up to huge losses!

Pretty happy to actually see the scale go down today. The SO and I went on a 3 hour adventure after work last night to find a specific beer that's only sold in one region of Vermont. We were successful at the 4th store and then stopped at 5 Guys for dinner at 8:45 pm. My burger was tasty, though!

Up 1.2 today, but I went to the gym after work last night (I really need to get there more than once a week...) and ate too much, too salty last night.
Granted, I didn't enough to actually make me gain weight. I tried to make baked eggs in Canadian bacon cups and ate one last night, even though I absolutely didn't need it. And, they aren't good, so it was a waste of eggs and bacon! I brought three this morning, and ended up only eating one before the rest ended up in the garbage. Back to scrambled egg muffins for me!

Ian I am glad your FIL is doing better and that the scale is being good.

Tuscany the scale will move soon, but it is awesome that you are keeping the previous losses.

Yay Warrior Sue! Show those 250's they are nothing. And yes I am back in the 260's.

Staja I bet the water weight will be gone tomorrow.

I am down a little again today.

Well, yesterday had I checked in I would have won, but it felt very tenuous and today the scale is back up. My fault for not claiming the loss immediately - but glad my body has chosen a new lower weight to play around with - Sept 16 when I started I didn't think I'd be down 10 lbs so quickly!
