Default IP to Atkins?

Hi everyone, I'm currently doing IP for the second time around. Lost 40lbs 2 years ago and put on a few
I'm finding that I just can't commit to IP. Can't stomach the pre-packaged food and the enormous cost!

Has anyone here gone from IP to Atkins? Seems like a fairly easy transition, I'm already low carb- around 30 net carbs a day. I can do the induction phase for a couple weeks!!

Thanks!

I am trying to do IP and having the same struggle -- the prepackaged foods are pretty bad and very expensive. It seems as though IP is way more limiting as far as not allowing cheese or nuts, etc. Its really hard for me to eat 4 cups of vegetables a day as well as all that lettuce!

I was looking into IP but decided that atkins is more doable for me....i think i would be starving on the packets!! So far the first week of induction is working...i am down 6 pounds already!!!
