, Please don't "beat yourself up". Give it another day or two and you'll be back in ketosis in no time. (I'm doing Atkins too). It's that those carbs took you over what you body needs to be in ketosis, but it's not a huge, long, binge or anything. And even if it was, just get back on the program, you'll do fine. I see from your ticker that you have lost 20# so far-- that's outstanding.
