First week of induction completed!

  • So my first week is done and under my belt! Down 7lbs!
Its gotten much easier and Im starting to feel satisfied on less. The first few days was seriously overeating , I was trying to compensate for my carb withdrawals. I find Im craving salads and unfortunately fruit who would have thought?

    Here's to another great weeks!

    Thanks for all you support
  • on the weightloss! Just goes to show you what sticking to clean eating and the guidelines of Atkins can do!!
Although it may not always be easy, Induction paves the way for a lifetime of low carb eating. It helps establish the correct way to do Atkins. Thats why its so important to read the book prior to doing this to insure you do it as intended. This is a lifestyle not another failed attempt at a diet.
    You CAN do this!!
    All the best to you!!!
  • Congrats Simply! I'm not weighing until monday, but I sure feel better.
  • congratulations!!! May the pounds continue to melt away, gone and forever!!
  • CONGRATS
You me and my sister are one the same schedule, I started induction about 9 days ago with my sis, I've lost about 7 too!
This weight I could not get off with other diets is happening now, the results make me try harder. I swear I have gone to the store so many times trying to locate other options for food. I live at the supermarket. I can stay on this diet as long as I have in stock what I need.

What do others eating in induction? Anyone?
    I am an em
  • Thanks
