For visual satisfaction - Another poster in a different thread (Nightkatt) reminded me about this...

Put pebbles, marbles, pennies or whatever in a jar (using the total amount of lbs you wish to lose). As you lose those lbs.. move the pebbles etc over to the lost jar. As the days and months go by... you will have a visual real life results in your eye sight. That will make you realize just what you have done!
