Well today I got back down to 253.4! So back on track and hopefully then some come the weekend. I even got up at 4:45 this morning to get in a 1.5 mile walk. lol Every little bit helps right.
NOT POSTING up 2.5 lbs --- so looking to tomorrow...
BUT I would love to see Tuscany get down on that NO!!
IAN... well this has been a weird week.... Have you noticed off weeks in the past where they were slower losses? I know tho, these small gains are history very soon in your future! They don't last very long in Ian Land!!!

I have been exercising too much and my leg is very sore from running yesterday (groin area).
I ran 5 miles with it and it was not feeling so good before that. So lesson learned. So I am taking three days off - I have no time this weekend because I have a motorcycle course. I hope that this will give my leg a chance to rest so I will be good to go on Monday.
I also hope that some of my recent gain was water weight from busting it so much and the rest may get rid of that.
Sorry to hear you're in pain, Sue, and that you're now faced with a choice between that and the scales! I hope you feel better soon and that the scales co-operate tomorrow. Pretty Mom: You're only a half pound from winning this challenge...good luck! As for me, a half pound loss this morning, which was nice to see. But next I want to see a "153.xx". I'm getting tired of the "154.xx"...I've been staring at that for five days now!
Congratulations on your losses Mara, Tuscany and Ian!!!
Sue and Ian - I hope you feel much much better soon. Some rest might be just what you need.
I have a couple more weeks before I can start exercising, but I'm not complaining because the extreme heat is killing me here. I'm slowly but surely getting back into my regular routine, it's good to be back!
Talked to a therapist about my toe at work and I'm starting toe strengthening exercises. LOL! Didn't know there was such a thing but it appears it quite common. I've got to switch it up for a bit for exercise
