I know I need to plan ahead and have food prepared for when I am hungry (I am horrible for not eating all day and then I binge on anything I can get my hands on). Did really good today. Have you checked out Linda's Low Carb recipes? If not, you really owe it to yourself to have a look. http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/recipes.html
Believe me, I loved my carbs too ( I'm Italian ) but....I didn't love being 245 lbs. I've been doing Atkins a little over 9 years now and I can tell you it was one of the best decisions I've ever made.
I am a big fan of Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds dvd's and walking in general. Its a great form of exercise
All the best to you!!
