Keep going Sue on the rollercoaster. I'm on the big dipper. Down 2.2lbs today and WHOOSH into the 180s! I hope I can firm up this new decade over the weekend.

Holy Moley IAN! WOW I read that you had a lower night time weigh in last night and sorta knew something was happening.. but WOWOWOWOWOWOWOWO That is just awesome! Goodness! and I am thrilled for you! All I can say is these 80's have no power over you! NOT AT ALL!

For me...
SW 254.25
CW 253.5 (finally down.. the roller coaster took a little dive!!!)

GW 249.25 and LOWER!

I am still blown away IAN... after all this time and you still get such an awesome number down !

chellesmile and cldwv... You both TOO WOW 3 lbs off... YOU ALL and IAN are racing to the win in the next few days. This will be a short race I am thinking!

But the rest of us are just sleepers... and never know when that scale will bless us!!!
