That beer Cindy will not add an ounce. I had a bomber of West Coast Imperial IPA last night (in theory 560 calories) plus 2 gin and tonics.

Am I worried? Nope. Down 0.6lbs today.

Beer does not add weight. Food does. So drink, don't eat and all will be good.

That's the Ian way. And I like to think my numbers speak for themselves!

I'm feeling like some 180s Sue!!!
