So I mentioned in the "Fastest to lose 5lb" challenge that I cheated a bit on Sunday. I had some pear cake that my mom made and +- 3 glasses of dry white wine.. "+-" because it might have been 4 glasses lol.
I was 142.1 on Sunday morning, then yesterday morning (the day after the cheat) I was 141.7 which I found a bit worrying that I was down. Then this morning.. Oh my! I was up to 144.3.
How long does it usually take for the water to go back down again in your experiences? It is just water retention right? I hate that the scale tricked me yesterday. There I was thinking that I "got away" with the cheat Hahaha!
I'm also so annoyed with myself because I was hoping to hit 64kg (140.8) either today or tomorrow. Seems out of reach now.
I know I'm being silly, I'm just having a moment.
