Default muscle aches and supplements

WOW this is not being kind to me the second time around, prevents me from doing the third time that for sure! My legs aches from my toes to my hips, I reading where it was dehydration. So I took a small dose of potassium and multivitamin before I went to bed and what do you know.....it went away!

Would you suggest a potassium/magnesium supplement and how long would you continue to take it? Until induction is over?
