I was very sick. I bought hard boiled eggs at a store...needless to say...was off the wagon for a couple of days. Back on now...and not interested in food at all...so it should be easy to get back into ketosis. lol. It was not fun.
Oh Franciejones... be careful... Food Poisoning is not something to mess with. and you need to eat - but at least drink something that has something good in it as you have lost alot of water/electrolites etc and are probably really dehydrated!! Take care of yourself...... Maybe alittle broth or tea ....
