Okay fellow Low Carb - Atkins (or non if you wish to join as anyone IS WELCOME) lets do it.. 5 POUNDS. Lets see who loses that the fastest.

I bet less than 3 weeks again and hhmmmm wonder who??? YOU!!

Yeah lost 1/2. Now I will be stalled to Wednesday Maybe... Maybe I'll get another day of loss.... gotta walk in between the rain showers today and tomorrow.... and Going to Cracker Barrel for Breakfast (Sausage and Cheese omelet and bacon bacon bacon.... I know lots of carbs in their maple cured bacon but yummy!) NO PANCAKES wwwaaaaaaaaaaa

Hello everyone not new but haven't been here in a bit. I wk nights wreaks havoc on ANY eating plan. I had lost 30lbs & now have gained back 10 (sad face). I need to get back on track can I join in ?

Default How to play the game!
Basically post as often as you like, usually when you lose weight (or gain, it happens), or feel like giving/getting support, (which could be everyday or every few days, whatever) and whoever gets to 5 pounds lost first gets to start the next new thread.
