LOL Love pizza toppings. I just cook 1/4 cup of Rao's marinara (3 carbs only) with some sausage or pepperoni in a pan until warmed up. Then top with Moz Cheese.. Yum Yum YUM its my Friday night treat.. LOL
Good for you losing a lb. My scale has gone back up these last few days. It reall shouldn't as I have so much to lose and am walking every day. I am eating mostly meat tho.. protein about 3 oz cheese and maybe 2 cups romaine.. Fat with cheese and ranch dressing. So I should be losing. but not.. oh well... it will come off.
