Default Increase in blemishes?

Has anyone had any issues with their skin since starting Atkins? I feel like I am constantly breaking out. I am assuming it has something to do with the fat intake?

I've been doing Atkins for almost 9 years now and I can't say I've ever had any issues with my skin breaking out. In fact, my skin has never been better since eating better and drinking lots of water. I also take 5000 mcg a day of Biotin, a supplement for hair, skin & nails.
The changes you are noticing in your skin may be your body's way of detoxifying itself....out with the bad, in with the good.

I'm not getting as many breakouts while on Atkins. I think my skin looks a little better.
