breakfast if you dont like eggs...

What else can I eat on phase 1 for breakfast? I am so burned out on scrambled eggs and omlets.

anything really? do you have a reason you must adhere to traditional breakfast type foods for your first meal of the day? I don't eat breakfast, I don't eat before late afternoon except to drink a breve when I get to work. If I did eat breakfast I'd probably eat bacon.

I posted a mock french toast recipe that's actually really good in the this thread. But becareful to eat it in moderation and skimp on the syrup since you're still in induction.

My first meal of the day starts similar to yours. And I will eat eggs and/or whatever LC for lunch, in the evening or even at night. I don't think we have to hold to tradition of eating breakfast foods. I also precook bacon and keep in the freezer for snacks. Which usually hits me at night.....but it is better than going to the cookie jar.....:p

Let's just say we don't have to follow tradition to decide what we eat and when.

I quite often have colt meat and cheese for breakfast. Some mornings I'll have cottage cheese and avocado. Other morning it'll be bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes and all sort of good things like that and I like eggs so I will have an egg with that.

There are so many things we can eat fro breakfast providing we don't follow our own Western traditions.

Just use your imagination because you really don't have to go to work on an egg.

Cheers,

Mark

Hey OP,
I found a pretty good mock cinnamon toast crunch recipe on Linda Sue's site. At first you look at the ingredients and think "pork rinds and cream?O.o" but it's actually really good. I can't post a link because I'm a newb but I'm sure if you google it will come up.
