So...today's potluck was exactly as I suspected...salads, salads, salads. I was the only one who brought in a protein and it was gobbled up quick! Everyone loves my BBQ chicken and I love making it. But it was all I could eat today. I dont mind. I just think it's funny that people automatically think healthy=low cal/low fat. Oh...and one person brought in a a fried dough dish. Now that was funny. I guess it's true..healthy really is such an individual concept.
