A little late in the day but....here's today's eats:
B: 2 devilled eggs L: Meatloaf [4oz piece] D: Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Breast S: 1c. Cottage Cheese, 2 Quest Bars [before/after gym] Totals: 1246 calories 34g net carbs 139g protein 59g fat |
B: 12 oz double shot breve
l: 3 slices of reduced sodium bacon, 2 oz of brie d: salami lettuce wrap with mayo, mustard, cheddar cheese snack: HWC with vanilla extract (HFCS free) and splenda on SF cherry jello I haven't entered anything into a tracker for a while, this is a usual day for me and seems to do the trick. |
