"Healthy" Potluck
 

This coming Friday we're having a "healthy" potluck. Odd concept because everyone's idea of healthy is different. I wrote that I would be bringing BBQ Pulled Chicken and I hear my boss say "that's not healthy!". Someone else piped up and said "chicken's not healthy?" She said "well, not BBQ chicken!" Really?? Slow cooked BBQ chicken isn't healthy? Wow! It irks me that everyone here thinks healthy means only fruit and veggies. Hmmm...if I eat that, it's not healthy for me unless healthy means being sick in the bathroom for 3 hours.

It all depends on what is in the BBQ sauce.

I make my own sauce so I know what goes in it and more importantly that there's no sugar in it!
