Today's a better day. Planned better and finally got to the grocery store!
B: 50g Rib Eye w/ 1 Egg and 1/2oz. Monterey Jack
L: 150g Rib Eye
D: Chicken Cesar Salad - 2c. lettuce, 100g. Chicken Breast, 1tbsp dressing
S: 3/4c. Cottage Cheese [didnt eat this yesterday], 2 Cheesestrings, Quest Bar [before or after the gym tonight]
I have no idea what the carb count is..havent logged it into my food journal yet. but under 50g net. That's my target.
