What are you eating today? Mon. Jan. 7th

  • Today started off bad but it'll get better. I didnt do any grocery shopping this weekend - was having too much fun with my 5 year old nephew who stayed over. So...I had limited choices for breakfast..

    B: Quest Bar & Black Coffee
    L: 150g Chicken Breast
    D: No idea yet. Likely Meatloaf
    S: 3/4c. Cottage Cheese, Quest Bar [for before the gym]

    Stats for today:
    987 cals
    26g net carbs
    119g protein

    Low in cals so I gotta bump that up. I have to go grocery shopping tonight so I'll look into buying some pepperoni.
  • B: Protein shake with almond milk, 2 eggs hardboiled
    L: Tuna mixed with mayo and cut up pickles, on top of sliced tomatoes
    D: Taco salad which is lettuce with sour cream, salsa, cheese, and ground beef on top
    S: Cheese stick and two pepperoni sticks.

    Also had two whisky drinks.
