I admit, I don't count my carbs. I can never get into the habit of figuring out how many is what.

L: veggies w/veggie dip
S: taco meat, lettuce, cheese, onions & Peppers
I LOVE not feeling hungry!!! I also drank tons of water today! Always a hard thing for me to do, so I'm proud of myself for getting most of my water in today
