Lunch : pepper chicken & 2 cup broc.
S:Atkins peanut butter Chocolate bar +water
D: 2 boca buger patties(1 net carb each) + 2 slices provolone cheese
S: Handful of Almonds+ 2 slice provolone cheese
I couldnt stop eating today! but I tried to keep it to low carb foods
